Solution One Services (Pty) Ltd is currently developing Solution1Skills, a digital platform designed to support the administration of education, training and skills-development activities.
Solution1Skills is intended to help institutions manage key administrative processes relating to learners, programmes and qualifications, assessments, moderation, certification, documentation and reporting within a more structured and integrated environment.
As part of the ongoing development of Solution1Skills, we want to better understand how education and training institutions currently operate, which systems and tools they use, where administrative pressure points occur, and which processes create duplication, delays, reporting difficulties or unnecessary manual work.
Your input will help ensure that the continued development of Solution1Skills is informed by the practical realities and requirements of a broad range of education and training institutions. As institutions differ in size, operating model, programmes, systems, regulatory environment and administrative processes, we are seeking input from different types of institutions to help shape a platform that is flexible, relevant and capable of supporting varied institutional needs.
This survey is not an assessment or audit of your institution.
The survey contains 30 questions across 5 short sections. Most questions are multiple-choice and can be answered by simply selecting the option or options that best reflect your institution’s current experience. Only a small number of optional questions require written comments.
